Tajine Azofra 28 cm – handmade Moroccan earthenware tajine

The Azofra is a handmade Moroccan earthenware tagine. During cooking, moisture condenses against the conical lid and flows back over your ingredients. This keeps all the juices and aromas inside the pot, and you only lift the lid at the table, when everyone is present.

Features

• Moroccan tagine made of handmade earthenware
• Conical lid that allows moisture to flow back onto the dish
• Juices and aromas remain inside the pot

Dimensions

• Diameter: 28 cm
• Height: 19 cm

How to use it

Submerge the base in water for a few minutes before placing the tagine on a heat source. The earthenware absorbs the water, which helps prevent thermal shock caused by the temperature difference.
