Refund policy
Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to return your order without giving any reason up to 30 days after receipt. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the cost of sending the return from your home to the webshop is at your own expense.
The cost of returning within the Netherlands is €5.25 if you use our returns portal. Returning from Belgium via our returns portal costs €5.95. You can of course also choose to pay the postage for the parcel yourself. This can cost from €3.50 to €6.95 per parcel (within the Netherlands); please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.
Cancellation & Refusal
Cancelling an order is free of charge.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped to you, you must refuse the parcel on delivery. If Maroc Store has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you once the returned parcel has been safely received. Only the cost of returning the parcel to us will be deducted from this.
Full or partial order
Would you like to return your entire order? Please send any items you have already received back to the return address below. Maroc Store will refund the full purchase price to you, including the shipping costs charged. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
If you return only part of your order, the shipping costs are also at your expense. The purchase price of the part of the order you return will be refunded to you. (Always state your order number and your name.)
Right of withdrawal
You have a cooling-off period of 30 days, counting from the day after you receive your order. Would you like to withdraw from the purchase? Let us know within these 30 days, most quickly online via Withdraw from contract here, or by email to service@marocstore.nl or by using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Any other clear statement is also fine. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt from us by email. You must then send the product back to the return address below within 14 days.
If you are returning from a country other than the Netherlands or Belgium, you send the parcel back yourself; the shipping costs for this are at your expense.
Returns procedure
You can send returns to the address below. Please include your order number or your name so that we can process your return quickly. To help us improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for your return, although this is of course not required.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 7 days after we receive the return.
