Furthermore, no toxic substances are released, unlike with Teflon pans. Another advantage of a marble coating over a ceramic one is that the marble layer is black, so it is less likely to discolor.

Marble coating
Thanks to the marble layer of this wok pan, your meat will not stick and you can roast it in its own juices. This layer is PFOA-free. Cooking pasta or rice in this pan is also an option. There is more you can do with this wok pan than its name suggests.
