Frequently asked questions

Is the pouf delivered filled?
Not by default. You can choose whether to order it empty or filled. If you fill it yourself, you can use regular cushion stuffing or old clothes, for example.

Why does my pouf look slightly different?
Because each pouf is handmade, there may be a loose thread, an uneven seam, or a small spot of dye visible.
