Pastel pink candle holder with gold rim

Candle holder made of Capiz shells in pastel pink with gold-colored edges Dimensions 13.5 cm About Capiz shells: These are made from the outer layer of a marine mollusk, whose scientific name is placuna placenta, also known as the windowpane oyster. The Capiz shells from the Philippines are named as such because they were originally harvested from the shallow coastal waters near the city of Capiz, on the island of Panay. Once properly cleaned, these shells are naturally translucent, and when painted, they create a beautifully vibrant play of colors when a light is placed inside.
