Wedding Etiquette and the Wedding Night

For the one who is about to enter into marriage and wishes to spend the wedding night with his bride, there is a certain etiquette in Islam of which most people are unaware, even those among them who are worshippers. To clarify this etiquette, I have compiled this beneficial treatise on the occasion of the wedding of one of our beloved ones, in order to assist him and other believing brothers in carrying out what the Master of the Messengers (peace be upon him) has proclaimed from the Lord of the Worlds. Thereafter, I have followed this with several matters that concern every husband and with which many wives are tested. I ask Allah (Exalted is He) to make this treatise beneficial and sincere for His Noble Countenance. Verily, He is the Virtuous, the Most Merciful.
