Time in the Life of a Muslim

"All praise and thanks are due to Allah, by Whose grace all good deeds are accomplished. Peace and blessings be upon His Messenger (Muhammad), who was sent as a special mercy to all beings, and upon his family members, his companions, and all those who may be guided by his Sunnah until the Day of Judgment. These are but a few pages that I have written about the divine gift of "time." About the value of time in the life of a Muslim and about the duties of a Muslim in relation to time. I have been prompted to do this by my knowledge of and my awareness of the far-reaching importance of time in Islam, in its Book (the Quran), and in its Tradition (the Sunnah of the Prophet). I was also inspired to write this by what I have studied regarding the attitude of our Islamic ancestors in the early centuries – 'the golden ages' – of Islam toward time."

These are but a few pages that I have written about the divine gift of "time."
About the value of time in the life of a Muslim and about the duties of a Muslim in relation to time.
