This Slaoui tagine is a Moroccan earthenware cooking tagine, handmade and hand-painted. Due to the cone-shaped lid, evaporated moisture flows back onto your ingredients, keeping juices and aromas inside the pot. You can cook fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit in it.

How to use it

• Wash the dish and lid in lukewarm water before first use and dry them thoroughly
• Grease the inside and outside with (olive) oil
• Heat the tagine slowly, as it cannot withstand temperature shocks
• If using the oven, do not preheat it
• Wash by hand with warm water, a little dish soap, and a non-metallic brush, and let the tagine dry well
