However, there is one matter that one must have a good understanding of:
"these require acceptance, strength, and influence from the one who performs them."
When healing does not occur, it is due to the weak influence of the one performing the ruqyah, the lack of acceptance in the one upon whom the ruqyah is performed, or a strong preventative factor that prevents the remedy from working.
