The cast aluminum body is extra thick to guarantee effective performance on induction and ensure excellent heat distribution. The newly developed marble non-stick coating is produced in an environmentally friendly manner without harmful PFOA particles, is extra hard, and has excellent non-stick properties; the use of oil or butter is no longer necessary.

The pan comes with a beautiful glass lid. Both the pan and the lid are dishwasher safe.

The coating can withstand temperatures of up to 400°C.
