Use and applications

Therefore, it is better not to bake very liquid batter in it. A firm cheesecake on a crumb base is fine, as long as the batter is thick enough.

Lightly grease the tin, depending on the dough you use. This makes it extra easy to remove the tart.

Care

Wash the tin by hand with a soft sponge and a mild dishwashing liquid. This keeps the non-stick coating beautiful. Do not cut into the tin with a metal knife, as this can damage the coating. Do not exceed the maximum temperature of 220°C.
