The Saffron tagine is based on the traditional Moroccan tagine. Under the cone-shaped lid, steam condenses and drips evenly back onto your ingredients, meaning you only need to add a small amount of water. You can bake, stew, or steam in it on the stovetop, then place it in the oven and serve it directly at the table.
