Which pan do you need?
- Anagdam: the flat Moroccan pan for msemen, harcha, and bread, also suitable for induction.
- Couscoussier or steam pan: a cooking pot with a steamer basket on top, for couscous, rice, and vegetables. There are models ranging from 4 to 16 liters, including stainless steel versions from Hakal, as well as 3-in-1 steam pans that can also be used as regular cooking pots.
- Pressure cooker: cooks faster under pressure. Choose from aluminum, stainless steel with a safety valve, or a model with a marble non-stick coating, ranging from 4.5 to 15 liters.
- Frying pans and woks: such as a 3-piece frying pan set (Ø 20, 24, and 28 cm) with a marble coating, the Kinghoff frying pan with lid, and the Klausberg wok pan of Ø 24 cm.
